Sessions last for 50 minutes and are offered in-person at The Little Escape, by video call or phone call. If you have a special request for email or text, this can be discussed.
The initial appointment will allow you to ask any questions, tell me about yourself, and find out whether I am a suitable match for your needs.
I offer both open-ended therapeutic and well-being work and shorter-term goal-based work. Similarly, coaching can work towards fixed goals you have in mind, or can be used to provide ongoing support.
